208, Kill switch with coiled lanyard for magneto or ignition (battery), can be configured to open or close circuit when lanyard is pulled, mounts through dash, cockpit side, or floorboard  through 5/8" diameter hole up to 3/8" thickness, uses standard automotive spade connections for wire connections (not included), coiled lanyard (approximately 14" when coiled, approximately 48" when stretched) with switch clip and life jacket clip, $22.95.

210, Dual-Input Kill Switch Kit, used to allow two separate ignition sources to be grounded through one single kill switch.  The two separate ignition sources may be two separate ignition sources on a multi-cylinder outboard such as the Yamato 302 or may be two separate outboards such as a dual outboard installation.  Kit includes kill switch, dual-input diode, lanyard, and wiring instructions, $47.95

 

212, Magneto kill switch wiring harness, for use on magneto systems only (circuit is closed when tether is pulled), kill switch mounts through dash, cockpit side, or floor board through 5/8" diameter hole up to 3/8" thickness, 8' wiring harness (specify length when ordering if different from 8') contained in black ribbed flexible plastic shielding, internal wire connections are heat shrink sealed, 2- wire connector to disconnect motor from boat, nylon tether line approximately 3' long connects switch clip to life jacket clip, $47.95 each.  Custom wiring harnesses for ignition-type kill switches or dual-input diode set-ups also available.  Contact Portage Bay Systems for pricing on custom harnesses.

 

2N, Transom pad (two shown), machined aluminum, to protect front side of transom from motor clamp pads, also aids in centering motor on boat, 4" high by 3" wide, pad area is 3/16" thick, pre-drilled for #8 oval head stainless mounting wood screws (included), $16.95 each.

2E, Eye-bolt, Machined AISI 304 stainless steel closed loop welded eye-bolt.  May be used for motor tie-down or bow eye, approximately 5/8" ID eye, 8mm x 3" bolt, 1" diameter flange and backing washer, 8mm nut, $10.95 each.

2T, Transom Plate, dimensions: 10" x 10" x 3/16", 6061 aluminum plate, to protect rear side of transom from motor clamp bracket, plate is without pre-drilled holes as hole requirements differ by application, four #8 flat head stainless mounting wood screws are included, $16.95.

BP, Boat Padding, 1" thick, charcoal gray color, lightweight, closed cell foam.  Available in full 40" x 80" sheet or custom cut to size.  Full 40" x 80" sheet, $89.95.  Custom cut to size, $0.04 per square inch.  Example: 16" x 36" = 576 sq. in.  x $0.04 per sq. in. = $23.04.
