This PRO Web Site has undergone a major revision as of March 2006.

Information that used to be detailed in various web pages of the site, such as class rules, awards, PRO organizations, etc., is now available in the "PRO Technical Manual".

The "PRO Technical Manual" is available for download from this site in Adobe PDF format.  Select "Downloads" and then select the "PRO Technical Manual".

The Manual may be downloaded and printed in its entirety or, if you are interested in only specific information, the Manual may be viewed online.

To search for information in the Manual you may use the Table of Contents which is located on page 2 or you may use the Adobe "Bookmark" function by selecting the "Bookmark" tab.  Selecting a "Bookmark" will take you to that item in the Manual.  Also you can find particular information by using the Adobe key word search function by pressing <CTRL> F.

Additional information such as Commission meeting agendas, Commission meeting minutes, Commission actions, "Propeller" articles, etc., can be found by selecting "News".
